We are seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Manager, Business Development to support growth within the Naval shipbuilding and maritime defense markets. This role focuses on tactical execution: prospect research, opportunity qualification, relationship support, early-stage customer engagement, and coordination of proposal activities. The ideal candidate understands the fundamentals of DoD/Navy acquisition, can quickly develop working knowledge of maritime systems and shipyard environments, and is skilled at moving well‑qualified opportunities through the pipeline in partnership with senior BD leadership. This position is an excellent fit for someone who is hungry to grow into a senior BD role and thrives in a fast‑moving, highly technical environment.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $170,000/year
