Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or similar field.
  • Internship, research experience, or related opportunity.
  • Proficiency with C++ or Python.
  • Experience creating object-oriented software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Eligible to obtain Interim Secret clearance and ultimately Top Secret (US citizenship).

Responsibilities

  • Create simulations of naval capabilities and adversarial threats using ML to develop robust solutions.
  • Develop data analytic and statistical tools to analyze complex systems and root causes.
  • Assist in development, test, and analysis of command and control systems.
  • Implement and refine algorithms to improve shipboard defenses.
  • Research technologies to improve situational awareness and resource allocation.
  • Communicate technical recommendations to leadership and sponsors.
  • Collaborate in a team focused on continual improvement and high-quality products.
