Cydecor is seeking a detail-oriented Task Management Specialist for NAVSEA support. The role focuses on building an agile process for ETMS2 task workload, prioritizing high-visibility items and routing tasks to completion with proper follow-up.

You will design Plans of Actions & Milestones, coordinate with NAVSEA leadership, and assist in producing key artifacts to ensure consistency across the enterprise. A Secret clearance and strong communication skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with 2+ years of ETMS2 (Enterprise Task Management Software Solution).
• Direct experience handling DON Correspondence.
• Independent, highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to deliver high-quality, high-visibility products on schedule.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proper spelling and grammar.
• Able to work under direction and independently, self-motivated, results oriented.
• Team player capable of working with government and contractor teams and strong customer service skills.
• Interim or Active Secret Clearance.
• Knowledge of Jupiter platform and dashboard capabilities.
• Knowledge of Flank Speed capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Create a process to manage task workload and implement an agile workflow for ETMS2 task management.
• Create a Plan of Actions & Milestones showing how ETMS2 tracking can be implemented across NAVSEA.
• Assist NAVSEA with coordinating tasks through the chain of command and communicating up and down the chain.
• Support creation of key response artifacts and organize documents for consistent, complete responses.
• Identify and focus on high-priority taskers including Congressional inquiries and senior leadership requests.
• Create and use an executive dashboard showing task status by NAVSEA activity, due date, and priority, with export capabilities.
