Job summary

Precise Systems in Washington, DC is seeking a Navy Correspondence Analyst to support NAVSEA task management and ETMS2 tracking. This role requires in-person support in the Washington, DC area and an active Secret clearance per government requirements.

Responsibilities include creating agile processes for ETMS2 workload, developing action plans, coordinating with the NAVSEA chain of command, and producing executive dashboards and key artifacts for timely responses to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have direct experience handling DON Correspondence.
• Must have experience using ETMS2 or a similar system.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with government and contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Create agile process to manage ETMS2 task workload and templates.
• Develop Plan of Actions & Milestones across NAVSEA.
• Coordinate tasks with NAVSEA chain of command and ensure timely execution.
• Assist in creating key response artifacts and maintain consistency.
• Develop executive dashboard showing task status across NAVSEA.
• Support high-priority taskers including Congressional inquiries.
