Job summary

Cydecor is seeking a detail-oriented program/task manager to support NAVSEA ETMS2 implementation in a primarily on-site capacity in the Washington, DC area. The role requires 3+ years of ETMS2 experience, direct DON correspondence handling, and the ability to communicate across the chain of command.

Interim or Active Secret Clearance is preferred. You will develop agile processes, plan milestones, coordinate with government and contractor teams, and ensure timely task completion with accurate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ETMS2 (Enterprise Task Management Software Solution).
• Direct experience handling DON Correspondence.
• Ability to communicate up and down the chain of command.
• Interim or Active Secret Clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a Process to Manage task workload with an agile process for ETMS2.
• Create a Plan of Actions & Milestones showing ETMS2 implementation across NAVSEA.
• Assist NAVSEA activities with managing formal tasks to completion across the chain of command.
• Support creation of key response artifacts to ensure completeness and consistency.
• Identify and focus on high priority taskers, including Congressional inquiries and senior offices.
• Create and use an executive dashboard showing task status across NAVSEA; leverage Jupiter and Flank Speed.
