Precise Systems, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Navy Correspondence Analyst to support NAVSEA tasks in ETMS2. The role requires handling DON correspondence, coordinating with NAVSEA leadership, and delivering timely, organized task responses.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, works well under direction, and holds a Secret clearance. This in-person position offers a chance to shape enterprise task management dashboards and improve government communications.

Competenze

• Must have direct experience handling DON Correspondence.
• Must have experience working in ETMS2 or a like system.
• Must have 3 years of experience.
• Must hold a Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Mansioni

• Create and manage a process to handle ETMS2 task workload with templates for enterprise-wide consistency.
• Develop a Plan of Actions & Milestones for ETMS2 tracking across NAVSEA.
• Coordinate tasks up and down the NAVSEA chain of command to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in creating key response artifacts and organizing documents for consistency.
• Support high-priority taskers including Congressional inquiries and senior leadership requests.
• Create an executive dashboard showing task status across NAVSEA.
