Job summary

Precise Systems Inc. seeks a Navy Correspondence Analyst/ETMS2 to support NAVSEA in Washington, DC. This in-person role requires DON correspondence experience and a Secret clearance. You will manage task workloads and develop templates while coordinating with NAVSEA personnel.

Responsibilities include planning actions, tracking task progress, and creating executive dashboards to display status, priority, and due dates across the NAVSEA enterprise.

Qualifications

• Must have direct experience handling DON Correspondence.
• Must have experience working in ETMS2 or like system.
• Must have 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a Process to Manage task workload and templates across the NAVSEA enterprise.
• Develop a Plan of Actions & Milestones for ETMS2 tracking implementation.
• Assist NAVSEA activities with formal tasks, coordinating up and down the command chain.
• Support creation of key response artifacts to ensure completeness and consistency.
• Identify high priority taskers including Congressional inquiries and SES level tasks.
• Create and use an executive dashboard showing task status across NAVSEA.
