Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. seeks a Navy Correspondence Analyst/ETMS2 to support NAVSEA in Washington, DC. The role focuses on managing the ETMS2 workflow, developing templates, and delivering timely, accurate Navy correspondence and task management artifacts.

You will work in person, coordinate across Navy and contractor teams, maintain a secret clearance, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication while delivering high-visibility products on schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have direct experience handling DON correspondence.
• Must have experience working in ETMS2 or a like system.
• Must have 3 years of related experience.
• Must hold a Secret security clearance and U.S. Citizenship. (required)

Responsibilities

• Create a Process to Manage task workload and agile ETMS2 tracking across NAVSEA.
• Create a Plan of Actions & Milestones for ETMS2 adoption across NAVSEA.
• Assist NAVSEA activities in managing formal tasks to completion with proper chain-of-command communication.
• Create and organize key response artifacts to ensure completeness and consistency.
• Identify and prioritize high-priority taskers, including Congressional inquiries and Navy leadership tasks.
• Develop an executive dashboard showing task status by activity, due date, and priority.
• Leverage Jupiter platform and Flank Speed capabilities for dashboard delivery.
