NAVSEA's responsibilities also include the maintenance, repair, modernization, and conversion of in-service ships and their weapons and combat systems.

The Office of Military Programs' (SEA 00Z) mission is to manage the overall planning, direction, administration and execution of all functions relating to military matters and civilian and military correspondence for NAVSEA Headquarters and Enterprise personnel.

ROGERCO, Inc. is seeking an organized, resourceful Mid-Level Correspondence Manager to support the SEA 00Z mission. Primary functions include Career Counseling, Enlisted Manning/Manpower, Naval Correspondence, Military Pay and Personnel, Military Awards, and Officer Manning/Manpower. Currently, the Department of Navy (DON) uses the Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2), the mandated software solution that automates and streamlines task management and document routing processes across the Department of Defense.

  • Assist the Government in identifying and focusing on high-priority taskers. This includes Congressional inquiries, the Office of the Secretary of the Navy, and/or the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations' taskers that demand flag/Senior Executive Service level attention.
  • Create and use an executive dashboard that clearly shows the task status across the NAVSEA enterprise. At a minimum, the dashboard will:
    • Display task status by NAVSEA activity.
    • Display task status by due date.
    • Display task status by priority.
    • Embed flexibility so that data can be formatted and exported to support periodic update briefs to leadership.
    • Leverage the Jupiter platform and dashboard capabilities as much as possible.
    • Leverage Flank Speed capabilities as much as possible.
  • Serve as the organizational awards manager. Responsible for managing internal awards budget, compiling on-the-spot award nominations and creating award certificates. Submit request for personnel action (RPAs) for awardees via the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS). Collect and process external award nomination packages.
Qualifications:
