Primordial Labs seeks a Naval Aviation business development lead to own and grow our work with the Navy’s aviation community. You’ll drive opportunities from early shaping through award and coordinate with aircrew, naval staffs, and industry partners.

You’ll build capture plans, maintain the pipeline in CRM, and work across S&T, prototyping, and transitions to ensure a path to a program of record. This is a fully remote, nationwide role in the United States.

Competenze

• 4+ years in business development, capture, or government sales.
• Direct experience with Navy aviation customers and Navy acquisition processes.
• Demonstrated success owning and winning opportunities across the full capture lifecycle.

Mansioni

• Own the full capture lifecycle for Naval Aviation opportunities, from shaping to award.
• Build and run capture plans including win strategy and pricing.
• Maintain Naval Aviation pipeline and forecast in CRM; set capture priorities.
• Identify landing points with OEMs and autonomy partners; structure teaming.
• Lead or support proposal writing and reviews; coordinate partners.
