Job summary

Primordial Labs is seeking a senior Business Development Lead to own the small UAS portfolio across Army, Navy, and allied services, coordinating with program offices, OEMs, and partners to field Anura deployments.

You will shape captures, build win strategies, pricing, and licensing models, and nurture relationships with small UAS manufacturers and integrators. This role is fully remote for US residents, with travel up to 50% and a strong emphasis on autonomy and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business development, partnerships, capture, or government sales.
• Direct experience with DoD small UAS or robotics customers and acquisition processes.
• Demonstrated success owning captures and closing partner agreements.
• Established relationships with small UAS program offices, units, or OEMs.
• Prior startup or early-stage defense tech experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full capture lifecycle for small UAS opportunities across DoD services.
• Build capture plans, win strategy, competitive assessment, teaming, and pricing.
• Maintain the UAS pipeline and forecast across direct and OEM channels.
• Develop relationships with small UAS manufacturers, integrators, and partners.
• Structure integration, licensing, and vendor agreements with OEMs.
• Coordinate joint captures with OEM partners and bids.
• Collaborate with engineering on integration priorities and roadmap.
• Represent Primordial Labs at industry days and conferences.
