Job summary

Primordial Labs Inc. is seeking a business development lead to build our maritime business from the ground up.

You will own the maritime go-to-market, drive the capture lifecycle, and shape proposals for USV/UUV programs, fleet experiments, and related Navy opportunities. You’ll forge relationships with Navy offices, industry partners, and combat system integrators, plan at-sea demos, and represent Primordial Labs at maritime events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business development, capture, or government sales.
• Direct experience with Navy surface, undersea, or expeditionary customers.
• Proven ability to win opportunities across the capture lifecycle.
• Established relationships across Navy offices, fleets, or maritime industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead maritime go-to-market strategy and forecast ownership.
• Own full capture lifecycle from shaping through award.
• Build capture plans including win strategy, pricing, and teaming.
• Engage with Navy program offices and maritime industry partners.
