Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an experienced OSC professional to lead proposals for Naval Air Missile (NAM) programs. You will coordinate across Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management to develop competitive bids and negotiate terms.

The role requires substantial proposal management expertise, FAR knowledge, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, travel as needed, and ensure alignment with program financial objectives. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in production/manufacturing or related field
• 10+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years experience
• Experience with proposals, BOEs, and/or negotiations

Responsibilities

• Act as OSC point of contact for proposal development and approval
• Serve as liaison between OSC, PM, and end customer for bids with minimal oversight
• Lead and drive results within OSC and estimating
• Lead strategy for upcoming RFPs and ROMs
• Support capture efforts including proposal development and financial planning
• Coordinate preparation of proposals and work statement specifications from inception to delivery
• Perform cost/price analyses and establish negotiation objectives/strategies
• Work with Contracts and Legal to draft subcontracts T&C
