Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a highly motivated Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) Naval Air Missiles (NAM) leader to develop and implement strategies that optimize supply chain performance across the NAM OSC portfolio. You will collaborate with operations, programs, and finance to turn data into actionable initiatives that improve quality, delivery, cost, and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 year's experience.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and drive results in matrixed organizations.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Understand and define operations current state and use data analytics and qualitative methods to develop opportunities and initiatives to impact NAM OSC objectives
• Align the NAM OSC organization including leadership collaboration, tasking, and execution reviews
• Develop and execute the operational and communication cadence
• Solicit and gather information/data from multiple sources and synthesize into concise executive briefings with stakeholders
• Understand and prioritize requests based on critical business needs
• Act independently and anticipate the needs of the OSC NAM leader and dispersed employees
• Coordinate events and site visits and manage projects
• Develop, maintain or improve company-wide support networks to leverage Raytheon resources
• Travel to offsite locations as needed
