Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the full lifecycle of autonomous maritime program proposals for DoD clients.

You will coordinate engineers, finance, contracts, and leadership to craft compliant, compelling submissions that win in federal environments. The role requires 3–5 years in DoD proposals (NAVSEA/Navy preferred), strong leadership of direct reports and matrixed teams, and the ability to drive schedules and deliverables under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of DoD proposal/capture experience; NAVSEA or U.S. Navy background preferred.
• Experience directly managing people, including performance management and development.
• Experience across FAR-based procurements, OTAs, and CSOs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full proposal lifecycle from initiation to submission, ensuring compliance and alignment with client objectives.
• Coordinate with SMEs across engineering, finance, supply chain, and executives to gather input and produce persuasive content.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, and deadlines to sustain high-quality submissions.
• Develop strategies highlighting competitive advantages and refine proposal structure.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with RFX standards.
