Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an experienced professional to join the Operations and Supply Chain (NAM OSC) team. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain activities, collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, and Programs leadership.

The selected candidate will drive initiatives to enhance quality, delivery, cost, and mission readiness across Raytheon products. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and strategic project

Qualifications

Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in matrixed organizations.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Understand and define current-state operations; use data analytics and qualitative methods to identify opportunities.
Align NAM OSC organization and leadership activities; coordinate tasking and reviews.
Develop and execute operational and communication cadence across teams.
Gather information from multiple sources and synthesize into executive briefings.
