Job summary

Vibrant Health Naturopathic Medical Center Greenland, NH is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to create an exceptional patient experience from the moment patients check in through their care coordination.

You’ll handle scheduling, payments, lab coordination, and EMR tasks, collaborate with providers to ensure seamless visits, and deliver warm, professional service in a fast-paced in-person setting. This full-time position offers competitive pay, health benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of medical office or medical receptionist experience
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn electronic medical records
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to commute to Greenland, NH
• Experience with Cerbo EMR, laboratory coordination, supplements, or integrative medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check out patients and review provider recommendations
• Schedule follow-up appointments
• Collect payments and process transactions
• Order laboratory kits and coordinate lab paperwork
• Process supplement orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage patient portal messages and electronic communication
• Complete patient tasks within our electronic medical record (Cerbo)
• Coordinate prescription refill requests and provider communications
• Review incoming lab results, faxes, and documents
• Work closely with providers to ensure seamless patient care
• Provide exceptional customer service with every patient interaction
• Go the extra mile to anticipate patient needs and create a five-star experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure tasks are completed promptly
