You will collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care, manage phone triage, appointments, PHI requests, and ensure accurate data entry, insurance verification, and payments.

The role requires a high school diploma and experience in customer service or healthcare; HIPAA knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or healthcare is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage in-person and phone encounters.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, and update information.
• Triages calls and routes to nurses or practitioners.
• Manage inbox, reminders, eligibility checks, and reminders.
• Collect co-pays and reconcile payments.
• Adhere to policies and maintain PHI privacy.
