You will collaborate with clinicians and staff to coordinate care plans, manage scheduling, and maintain a positive, efficient front-desk workflow.

Qualifications

• Prior EMR/EHR experience required.
• Previous medical or healthcare office experience required.
• Strong customer service background.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic anatomy (preferred).
• Experience with social media or marketing (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and manage daily office flow.
• Schedule patients and manage care plans and paperwork.
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling and questions.
• Keep patient flow moving efficiently throughout the office.
• Support the clinical team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist doctors with patient care during exams and therapies when needed.
