Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and government projects across the United States.

You will oversee safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreak to closeout. The role requires 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a superintendent, proficiency with Procore and scheduling tools, and OSHA 30.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
• First Aid / CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• General Contractor license or LEED experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance; conduct daily safety meetings.
