Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in construction management, 5+ years of experience on ground-up projects, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ground-up commercial projects.
• Understanding of estimating concepts and contract language.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, management, scheduling, and execution of assigned construction projects.
• Prepare PMP and organize pre-award/pre-construction meetings.
• Negotiate change orders and manage cost/profit impact.
