Job summary

Accelera seeks a Field Operations Manager to lead on-site workforce operations across the country. You will enter client sites, build rapport, assess processes, and assume full operational responsibility to launch, stabilize and optimize performance.

In this role, you will manage recruitment and onboarding, mentor on-site staff, and provide temporary leadership to drive operational excellence. Travel will be 80–90% nationwide, with remote work when not on client sites and frequent coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in staffing, workforce management, or multi-site operations preferred.
• Strong recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end implementation of on-site programs for smooth transitions and stability.
• Serve as temporary on-site leader to maintain continuity during launches or transitions.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding to meet client staffing needs.
• Mentor and develop on-site supervisors to improve workforce effectiveness.
• Oversee daily employee management, including performance reviews and conflict resolution.
• Analyze staffing metrics to address turnover and recruitment needs.
• Maintain payroll, billing, and timekeeping accuracy across sites.
• Cultivate partnerships with client HR and operational stakeholders.
• Conduct site assessments to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Facilitate resolution of complex operational challenges and escalations.
• Ensure site activities align with corporate policies and client standards.
