Job summary

Layton Construction is seeking a Site Project Coordinator to develop, manage, and complete a detailed job plan for an assigned project. You will work under the Site Superintendent and Project Manager to ensure outcomes meet the Layton Way of safety, quality, and integrity.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, procuring resources, coordinating with architects and owners, and tracking progress against schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction.
• Knowledge of building codes and blueprints.
• Experience with BIM360 or similar software.
• Strong written and oral communication; problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and complete a job plan for an assigned job.
• Review plans and specifications to understand job requirements.
• Procure tools, labor and some materials.
• Interact with architects and owners to resolve job issues.
• Inspect progress and ensure conformance to plans and schedules.
