Layton Construction is seeking a Site Superintendent-level professional to develop, manage, and complete a detailed job plan for assigned commercial projects. Working under the Site Superintendent and in partnership with the Project Manager, you will ensure plans align with safety, schedule, and budget.

This role requires relocation and nationwide project placement; candidates must review plans, coordinate with architects and owners, and manage resources, subcontractors, and progress reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction processes.
• Knowledge of building codes and blueprints.
• Knowledge of subcontractors' scopes of work and quality requirements.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle multiple variables.
• Ability to learn new programs and adapt to new technologies such as BIM360.

Responsabilités

• Develop, manage, and complete a job plan for an assigned job.
• Review plans and specifications to understand job requirements.
• Procure tools, labor, and some materials.
• Coordinate with architects and owners to resolve issues.
• Communicate progress and issues to supervisory and project teams.
• Maintain safety, quality, and integrity in all tasks.
• Track progress, adjust schedules, and manage costs.
• Support Project Manager in preparing the Project Management Plan.
