• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; reads blueprints accurately and applies codes correctly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver predictable outcomes for internal/external teams and customers.
• Support preparation of estimates, budgets, and cost reports.
• Organize pre-construction planning meetings and manage subcontractor negotiations.
• Assist in project management plan development and schedule milestones.
• Develop and monitor quality, safety, and risk management plans.
• Maintain owner relationships and support close-out procedures.
