The National Sales Manager, Wholesale will drive our wholesale strategy and programs across regions, aligning with objectives to support long-term growth. Ideally based in Texas and will lead a high-impact national team.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, relationship building with senior buyers, and collaboration with marketing and BU sales to optimize demand and supply planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in B2B wholesale/distribution management.
• At least 5 years leading National Sales teams in plumbing.
• Proven track record of share gains and margin improvement.
• Experience transforming customer experience in large manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead national wholesale account strategies and deployment.
• Build relationships with buyers, planners and decision-makers.
• Define 3–5 year sales strategies to grow wholesale revenue.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics for national channels.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing wholesale team.
