Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales, account management, or eCommerce experience.
• Demonstrated success growing Walmart.com sales.
• Strong understanding of digital shelf management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Walmart eCommerce growth strategies across all digital channels.
• Own annual and quarterly business planning focused on online sales, market share, and profitability.
• Deliver revenue, margin, and market share objectives for Walmart.com and omnichannel programs.
• Build and maintain high-impact relationships with Walmart eCommerce merchants and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with internal Digital and Retail Media Teams to develop and execute best-in-class digital shelf strategies.
• Analyze key eCommerce KPIs including traffic, search rankings, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Develop strategies that improve shopper acquisition and online conversion.
• Collaborate with internal teams on Sponsored Search, Sponsored Products, Display, and Offsite Media.
• Monitor content health and item performance; optimize content and assortment.
• Lead online assortment expansion and product launch strategies.
• Ensure inventory availability and fulfillment excellence.
