Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of VRV/VRF systems including design, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Experience in technical service, applications engineering, or product support for commercial VRV/VRF systems.
Ability to diagnose complex system performance issues and develop practical solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as the national technical lead for VRV/VRF systems and provide advanced support across projects.
Document inquiries, recommendations, and resolutions in Salesforce and maintain case histories.
Identify trends and recommend product or process improvements based on data analysis.
Develop and deliver VRV/VRF training in classroom, virtual, and field environments.
