Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Sr Technical Support Analyst- VRV who will provide technical leadership and expert guidance on VRV/VRF systems across the United States. This remote role requires occasional travel to service locations and customers.

You will develop training programs, create knowledge resources, document inquiries and resolutions in Salesforce, and collaborate with service, sales, engineering, and field teams to drive technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or 2-year technical degree preferred.
• 6-8+ years VRV experience or training.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial VRV/VRF systems, applications, design, operation, and maintenance.
• Experience in technical service, applications engineering, or product support for VRV/VRF systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the national technical lead for VRV/VRF systems, providing advanced support for design, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Provide accurate and timely technical guidance to service, sales, customers, contractors, and engineers to support project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Document inquiries, recommendations, resolutions, and case activity in Salesforce CRM for accurate histories and future analysis.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues, coordinating escalation with internal teams as needed.
• Communicate technical findings and considerations to engineering, service, contractors, owners, and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver VRV/VRF training across classroom, virtual, and field environments.
