This remote-eligible role requires proximity to Holland, MI for onsite work within a 50-mile radius, and the candidate should bring extensive sales leadership experience. The role emphasizes strategy, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional leadership across sales, design, real estate, and dealer networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Management, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Education Equivalency: Associate's degree +2 years or High school diploma +4 years.
• 7+ years supervisory experience; 10 years sales/business development experience with Bachelor's Degree; 7 years with Master's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable revenue growth and market share expansion across North America with clear sales priorities and measurable results.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing Architectural Solutions sales team.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales, Global Accounts, Architecture+ Design, Real Estate, and dealer partners to create opportunities.
• Provide market insights to shape forecasts and strategic priorities.
• Ensure disciplined execution and accurate forecasting aligned with business plans.
