Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, account management, channel development, or commercial leadership with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 7 years of progressive experience in sales or related field with a Master's Degree.
• 7 years of supervisory experience.
• This position is remote-eligible; candidates within 50 miles of Holland, MI office are expected to work onsite.
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy to accelerate profitable growth in North America.
• Build and inspire a high-performing Architectural Solutions sales team.
• Drive pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and accountability against goals.
• Partner with Territory Sales, Global Accounts, Audience Sales, and dealer leadership to create opportunities.
• Identify emerging opportunities and expand channels for long-term growth.
• Provide strategic leadership as a member of Haworth's Leadership Team.
