Job summary

Avenue5 is seeking a utilities services manager to oversee national utility suppliers, onboarding for new properties, and rollout of new programs. You will coordinate Wi‑Fi, waste, telecom, and other services, acting as the primary contact for suppliers while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in purchasing or sourcing, plus 2–3 years of property management; Yardi Voyager and Salesforce experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in purchasing, procurement, or sourcing required.
• 2–3 years of property management experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of Yardi Voyager or similar systems preferred.
• 1–2 years of Salesforce or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to the utility services team.
• Promote efficiency and usefulness of the utility services program.
• Onboard and offboard utility billing accounts for new properties.
• Serve as primary internal contact for national utility supplier integrations.
• Manage Wi‑Fi, waste, telecom, and emergency phone services.
• Coordinate with external suppliers as the main point of contact.
• Oversee tracking and reporting for all utility suppliers.
