iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a Union Payroll Administrator to join the Accounting team at our Granite City, IL headquarters.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of payroll or accounting experience and will contribute to a hands-on payroll function within a collaborative, owner-minded culture. Responsibilities include onboarding union employees, verifications of employment, maintaining records, and supporting weekly union payroll processing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of payroll or accounting experience.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process new union employees and ensure documentation, input data into Payroll/HR programs, complete state new hire reporting and E-verification.
• Verify employment and conduct state audits for current and terminated employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records including addresses, direct deposits, and withholdings.
• Assist safety with onboarding craft hires.
• Assist payroll team with weekly union payroll processing.
• Assist with employee portal access for union staff.
