Job summary

Lemartec is seeking an Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead multiple project teams across industrial and commercial builds. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, managing risk, and driving project profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Travel is a core aspect, with duties spanning site oversight, pre-construction activities, and collaboration with MasTec’s network. Strong PM experience and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• 10–20 years of project management experience on commercial/industrial projects.
• Familiarity with local specifications and reading blueprints; proficiency in planning and scheduling software; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers, assistant PMs, and superintendents.
• Develop contingency plans and mitigate risks on projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors to secure projects and drive profitability.
• Oversee pre-construction/RFP package efforts with estimating and build relationships across departments.
• Ensure quality control plans, punch lists, and timely reporting to clients.
