Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking an experienced Task Force General Manager to provide temporary leadership and operational support across its portfolio of hotels. This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement with compensation based on placements and assignments nationwide.

You will lead diverse teams, stabilize operations, implement best practices, and mentor property leaders during transitions, openings, and high-demand periods.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in hotel and restaurant operations, including luxury or boutique properties.
• Proven track record leading hotel operations as a General Manager or senior property leader.
• Exceptional communicator who can build relationships quickly and inspire confidence.
• Experience coaching and mentoring leaders across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim leadership and operational expertise during transitions, openings, and high-demand periods.
• Stabilize operations and implement best practices to elevate guest experiences.
• Coach and mentor property leaders to strengthen overall performance.
• Travel extensively to deploy to properties across the country and lead diverse teams.
