ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator for a role involving extensive travel to project sites. The position can be remote or based in our Plymouth, MN area office, with up to 90% travel required and coordination across multiple teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience in project scheduling, and the ability to manage documentation and reports in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience coordinating project work or similar.
• Ability to organize large data sets and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and scheduling of assigned projects to optimize labor costs.
• Coordinate field/service technicians, vendors, and customers; submit paperwork.
• Track project status and prepare reports; maintain document control.
• Collaborate with shared services and support staff.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to contract specs.
