The ideal candidate will manage project start-ups, track contracts and field data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational, scheduling and data-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and scheduling of all assigned projects to optimize labor costs and timelines.
• Coordinate field and service technicians, vendors, utilities and customers; prepare required documentation.
• Maintain project information in systems, generate status reports, and update stakeholders.
