Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Technical Program Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. The PM reports to the Program Executive and oversees national execution across VISNs for large-scale VA healthcare IT deployments.

You will own program schedules, risk management, subcontractor coordination, and VA accountability, while directing a 50+ person team of product and platform contributors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience culminating in a Program Manager role.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Demonstrated experience leading VA-scale or national healthcare IT deployments.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams of 50+ FTEs.
• Technical fluency with imaging workflows and clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct national execution across VISNs with oversight of schedules, risk management, subcontractor performance and VA accountability.
• Lead and manage a 50+ FTE team of product and platform contributors, aligning diverse incentives.
• Manage clinical stakeholder relationships and coordinate with healthcare leadership to align tech solutions with imaging/workflows.
• Oversee nationwide healthcare IT deployments with sufficient imaging workflow fluency to guide operational strategy.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure contract deliverables align with program objectives.
• Drive operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across all program workstreams.
