Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare IT program management experience.
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• PMP certification required.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead large integrated healthcare program management initiatives.
• Implement disciplined program management processes and best practices.
• Perform independent analysis on program performance with cost/schedule/performance monitoring.
• Apply performance measurement knowledge to reporting and governance.
• Manage program risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support senior leadership decision boards and governance processes.
• Develop program management artifacts (charters, project plans, dashboards).
