Archer, collaborating with MANTECH, seeks a Technical Program Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. You will oversee national execution across VISNs, manage schedules, risk, subcontractors, and VA accountability for large-scale healthcare IT deployments.

You will lead a 50+ FTE team, align clinical imaging and enterprise workflows with technical strategy, and coordinate contract deliverables to ensure program objectives and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Healthcare/Admin/Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience toward a Program Manager role.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience leading VA-scale or national healthcare IT deployments.
• Proven experience managing 50+ FTE multi-disciplinary teams.
• Technical fluency with imaging workflows and clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct national execution across VISNs, overseeing schedules, risk, subcontractor performance, and VA accountability.
• Lead and manage a team of 50+ FTEs across product and platform contributors.
• Manage clinical stakeholder relationships and align technical solutions with imaging/workflow needs.
• Oversee national healthcare IT deployments and guide operational/technical strategy.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Drive operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across workstreams.
