Job summary

Blue Water Thinking, LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee small- to mid-scale healthcare technology projects for the VA. You will coordinate clinical, technical, and administrative teams, manage risk, and ensure compliance with VA regulations.

The role requires HTM expertise, experience with EHRM deployments, and a track record in government contracts. You will leverage CMMS tools and emerging AI to improve decision-making and delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related technical discipline or CCE certification.
PMP certification is required or strongly preferred.
Minimum 5 years in hospital/healthcare HTM management.
Experience with VA/DoD contracts and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and execute HTM projects within the VA healthcare system.
Coordinate across clinical, technical, and administrative teams.
Maintain risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
