Qualifications

• This position oversees the Commission's national data system, custom reporting tools, help center, website operations, and internal technology infrastructure.
• The role serves as the primary technical resource for system users and works with vendors, committees, and stakeholders to translate user needs into effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the national data system, reports, dashboards, and user resources.
• Troubleshoot user issues and oversee help center operations.
• Coordinate with vendors on system enhancements, testing, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Support the Information Technology Committee and technology-related projects.
• Manage website performance, security, and technology infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for National Office staff, hardware, software, and user accounts.
