You will lead system administration, vendor coordination, device management, and cross-functional technology projects to boost productivity, safety, and family-centered care.

The role requires clear communication with both technical and non-technical staff, strong decision-making, and onsite work.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, systems management, technology administration.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Strong decision-making skills and comfort managing multiple systems and priorities.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors, IT partners, or developers.
• Ability to work onsite in Toms River, NJ.

Responsabilités

• Administer and oversee core platforms (Monday.com, CentralReach, Viventium, Microsoft 365, CRM, LMS, AI tools).
• Manage configurations, permissions, workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Assess existing systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead vendor evaluation, selection, and onboarding when new platforms are needed.
• Oversee CRM development, including requirements gathering and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with developers for feature builds, integrations, and automation.
• Document processes, workflows, and SOPs for operations.
• Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions.
• Support onboarding and offboarding related to systems access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with goals.
