Qualifications

Eight years of experience in administrative services or equivalent.
Substitution rules apply for education/experience as described.
Bachelor's degree plus five years of administrative services experience or an advanced degree plus four years.

Responsibilities

Provides executive leadership for statewide technology programs supporting secure care, community supervision, and educational services.
Develops technology strategies and governance frameworks to align agency systems with priorities.
Serves as the agency's technology liaison with state agencies, vendors, and external partners.
Oversees technology planning and program development, guiding enhancements and long-term improvements.
Directs technology staff and resources, including budgets, forecasting, and performance.
Ensures compliance and data governance with information security requirements and reporting obligations.
Manages technology contracts and vendor relationships, including procurement and monitoring.
