• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with 7+ years leading recruiting at scale.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and aligning talent strategy to business goals.

• Lead a distributed recruiting organization across multiple locations.
