Job summary

Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manager of National Service to lead dispatch, warranty, claims, and readiness across national service operations.

You will establish governance, set performance standards, and drive continuous improvement for service quality and cost-to-serve. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Field Service to ensure readiness for new product introductions and scalable service operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical, operations, engineering, service, or related field.
• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in field service, National Service operations, warranty and dispatch management, technical support, product support, or related service environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
• Experience establishing governance, performance standards, and continuous-improvement priorities.

Responsibilities

• Owns National Service operating system, governance, capability, and outcomes.
• Lead National Service across dispatch, warranty, claims, and readiness functions.
• Set standards, performance expectations, and accountability for the team.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in service quality, cost-to-serve, and readiness.
