Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. through Marmon Foodservice Technologies is seeking a Manager of National Services to lead National Service operations and readiness across dispatch, warranty, claims, and field execution.

You’ll establish governance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Training, and Customer Support to ensure successful product launches. Travel of 25–30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or related field.
• 8–12+ years in field service, warranty/dispatch, or product support environments.
• Proven leadership of teams and operational performance.
• Experience establishing governance and continuous-improvement priorities.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, Support, Training and Field Service.
• Experience supporting product launches and service-readiness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead National Service operations across dispatch, warranty, claims, and service-readiness.
• Govern dispatch and warranty governance; monitor trends and outcomes.
• Oversee service-readiness framework for new product introductions.
• Develop and coach National Service and readiness teams.
• Align with Engineering, Product, Customer Support, Training, Field Service.
• Partner on field capability and service-quality improvements.
• Manage performance metrics and escalation of risks.
• Identify and sponsor cost-to-serve improvements.
• Ensure readiness and service operations scale with business needs.
