Job summary

Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. is seeking an NPD Readiness Lead to ensure service readiness for new product introductions across Diagnostics, Documentation, Training, Field Readiness, and Early-Life Support.

You will align Product Development, Engineering, and Aftermarket teams to support launch and stabilize performance post-release. The role requires 5–8+ years in technical support, field service, or NPD environments with a degree in a technical or engineering field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technical, engineering, or service-related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in: Technical support, Field service, Product support or NPD environments.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end service readiness for all new product introductions.
• Coordinates readiness across diagnostics, field service, training, documentation, and knowledge tools.
• Defines readiness criteria and ensures launch readiness, preventing escalation gaps.
• Translates technical product details into clear service requirements for cross-functional teams.
• Leads diagnostic readiness, troubleshooting logic, and capability development for field teams.
• Monitors early-life performance and drives continuous improvement based on feedback.
