Job summary

Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Authorized Service Agents (ASA) Manager to govern field service execution through a network of certified partners, driving first-time fix outcomes, reducing repeat visits, and aligning with warranty and diagnostics standards.

The role leads governance, certification, and training alignment, partnering with Warranty, Training, Support, and Engineering to scale field service across the installed base while controlling costs and maintaining brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of field service operations and dispatch models.
• Experience managing third-party service networks or authorized service providers.
• Proven ability to improve service quality, first-time fix, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Governing ASA field service execution and certification standards.
• Lead governance of ASA operating model and performance.
• Ensure field work aligns with warranty, diagnostics, and service standards.
• Develop audits and corrective actions for underperforming ASAs.
• Drive first-time fix rates and reduce repeat visits across ASA partners.
• Collaborate with Support, Training, Warranty, and Engineering to improve diagnostics and processes.
• Monitor ASA performance metrics and enforce accountability across geographies.
