The role requires strong writing and coordination skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Navy programs or Intelligence Community customers.
• Background in project or program management, capture, or business development.
• Strong organizational, writing, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with urgency.
• Familiarity with federal acquisition processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement capture strategies to improve win rates and support growth.
• Create growth plans with revenue targets, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Track opportunities, lead capture planning, and provide pipeline updates.
• Manage the proposal center from opportunity identification through bid submission.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, develop schedules, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a centralized library of proposal content, resumes, and past performance materials.
• Coordinate with customers, teaming partners, and subcontractors on pursuit efforts.
• Develop templates, checklists, and repeatable processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Identify new contract vehicles, recompete opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
